These terms are provided for general guidance. Specific conditions for your stay will always be confirmed directly with our reservations team.
Enquiries & availability
All stays are confirmed directly with our reservations team by phone or WhatsApp. Rates and availability are provided on request and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive outside standard hours so we can prepare accordingly.
Changes & cancellations
If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and amendment conditions will be shared with you when your stay is confirmed and may vary depending on the season and length of stay.
Groups & families
We are happy to help arrange stays for groups and families, including dining and room layouts. Please share your requirements with us in advance so we can confirm what is possible.
On-site conduct
We ask all guests to respect the property, our team and other guests during their stay, including around the pools, gardens and mini zoo, so that everyone enjoys a safe and relaxed visit.
Liability
Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times, particularly around swimming pools, gardens and animal areas. Please take care and follow any guidance provided by our team on site.
